After May 15, 2025, the SIS User ID field in the Canvas Gradebook will display the user’s Universal ID instead of WashU’s legacy SIS ID. E-Grades in Summer 2025
Additionally, during the Summer 2025 semester only, your Canvas gradebook spreadsheet export will no longer match E-Grades, the legacy SIS grade entry system, as Canvas will be using Universal ID and E-Grades uses the legacy student ID. E-Grades will be retired after Summer 2025, so this issue is only present during that semester.
